The person who had the freight elevator prior to me took 20 extra minutes which delayed my move in and extended my cost with my movers.That has no bearing on the leasing staff, but maybe a better check in/out process for the elevator would be helpful

On the 72 hour move in inspection we listed 5 items that needed to be corrected. 2 of the 5 have been completed. We have submitted a separate work order for the last 2 items.

Apartment has not been lived in but there were scratches and pits in the floor. Paint was not great.

On top of that, she spoke so highly of the company, which really stood out and made the experience even better. I wish there was a more streamlined email process. I felt like I had to go back through my history to search for what I needed, and the automated emails were cumbersome.
