I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent & previous maintenance work performed by Hector in my unit. I have had to place multiple work orders for the same issues because the initial repairs were handled unprofessionally and incorrectly. Specifically, I would like to address the following: - Shower Handle: After the handle came off, it was claimed to be fixed. However, it fell off again during the very first attempt to use it, suggesting it was never properly tested. - Clogged Sink: Despite being reported as fixed, the sink remained clogged when I returned home and tried to use it. - Peeling Caulk: The caulking is already peeling because the existing material was not removed before the new layer was applied. It is frustrating to have to make several requests for simple issues that should have been resolved during the first visit. This has been a significant waste of my time, and I request that these repairs be completed properly by a professional as soon as possible.
