Issue was not resolved on either of the two maintenance requests I put in. The oven is still full of white residue from what appears to be a chemical used by original cleaners before I moved in and dish washer still does not dry dishes or work properly.

There was some sort of mixup regarding my renters insurance in the system. I paid for renter’s insurance every month of my lease but then I was charged $21 near the end of the lease for a few months. This was an inconvenience because I had to call to get this cleared.
