Review of Maintenance Service Regarding Ant Issue The exterminators were scheduled to visit my apartment but arrived one or two days later than planned, even though I had arranged to be out during the original appointment. While I did receive notice of the service, the delay was inconvenient. They treated the area using several products, including Alpine WSG, Advion Ant Gel Bait, CimaXa Insecticide Dust, Gentrol IGR, Temprid SC, and others. I appreciated that information being provided. However, two days later, I’m still seeing ants in my bathroom. I understand treatments can take time to work, but I would appreciate a follow-up to make sure the issue is fully resolved.

Excellent tour at what appears to be a beautiful property, but I am tentative to move forward based on the generally negative comments on Google and Yelp review(s).

Entire experience was excellent! Property Is wonderful, tour was comprehensive and well conducted. Brenna was polished, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, enthusiastic, kind and super prompt in every aspect of communication and assisting with moving our process forward. We toured many apartment complexes over a 3 day period and this one really stood out.

I can’t wait to move in
