A bit too expensive for the market. Other places are offering similar quality and amenities for considerably less rent. Inflexibility with the need for 6 month lease duration.

Too many fire alarms.

My experience with management's lack of ability to fix a situation that was unbeatable to live in was beyond disappointing. No one could have lived for 10 months with the horrific violence below me. More should have been done to improve my living situation with my child. Huge amount of stress for paying so much to be miserable. Most awful living experience I've ever had.

During our time at One Uptown, we never put any work orders in! We moved out in Feb; strange and concerning to be getting notices about work orders registered to us.

I appreciate all the management and the staff support in making the move very pleasant. The support, and friendliness continued beyond the moving date, and it made it even more rewarding decision I made.
