I had a problem with my sink that I have been asking for several months for someone to figure out what the problem is, and they recently hired a new gentleman named Hector who came to my 2nd request about the sink and within about 25 minutes he was able to solve the issue. I didn’t have to ask him to put booties on because he did that immediately before walking into my unit with his shoes, which meant a lot to me. He arrived with a beautiful smile on his face. His attitude is wonderful and I am so grateful that the management company hired him. He is very knowledgeable and has a positive attitude to want to do a great job here. I’m thrilled that he will be taking care of us for our future requests. Mahalo Hector from the family from Hawaii , you’re AWESOME
