Britni and Jill are wonderful managers and made moving in seamless. Bridget was very helpful and kind during the rental process. Matt, Gustavo & Juan have all been great maintenance help.

Everything I requested to be fixed was fixed and more. The maintenance person was very thorough and noticed and adjusted additional things that needed attention in the bathroom and kitchen. Also, a maintenance team came to follow up regarding a discolored tile in the bathroom, which I appreciated a lot!

All was good ! aside from a few drops of paint fell on the floorboards while they were touching up the paint on the walls. I’ll try to scrub it off the floors. If I can’t, I will let you know.Thx !Br

Bridget was fantastic!!

Juan is the best maintence guy! I put in a request to get our light fixed as it was not turning on in our kitchen. He fixed it within the same day and He even came back a couple days later to check if our light was still working. Since living here for a couple of years now We’ve never had such great maintenance guys. Glad he is now part of the One Uptown community !

Perry is always a joy and very quick to resolve the maintenance problem like my recent fridge had a broken part causing my food to freeze
