When the maintenance team stopped by, we discovered that the AC is not cooling the apartment. The maintenance technician said they would return by the end of the day, but no one came back—neither that day nor the following day.The issue is still unresolved, and the request was marked as completed. Please let me know how we can move forward to fix this.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent & previous maintenance work performed by Hector in my unit. I have had to place multiple work orders for the same issues because the initial repairs were handled unprofessionally and incorrectly.Specifically, I would like to address the following:- Shower Handle: After the handle came off, it was claimed to be fixed. However, it fell off again during the very first attempt to use it, suggesting it was never properly tested.- Clogged Sink: Despite being reported as fixed, the sink remained clogged when I returned home and tried to use it.- Peeling Caulk: The caulking is already peeling because the existing material was not removed before the new layer was applied.It is frustrating to have to make several requests for simple issues that should have been resolved during the first visit. This has been a significant waste of my time, and I request that these repairs be completed properly by a professional as soon as possible.

Hire people who care, it’s an absolute shame to spend 50k a year & get such poor service & a borderline terrible living environment. The custodian crew is the worst I’ve ever seen, absolutely embarrassing. I’ve seen residents including myself complain about numerous things that have never been changed that force people to move, probably the type of people you’d want living there that actually have standards & make the environment better. Affordable Housing/Section 8 should be plastered & labeled all over, the 2nd term of my lease felt nothing short of living in the Ghetto. The follow through & follow up is unlike anything I’ve seen. The people working for & with this complex are taking the company for a ride getting paid to do less than bare minimum I can assure you that. Overall as bad as an experience I ended up having in Hollywood 3 years prior to living here, nothing short of embarrassing & if anything feel like I’ve been taken for a ride with the type of stuff I’ve had to put up with & deal with during the last 17 months of this 2nd lease. Both buildings need serious help, the positive reviews no where outshine the negative ones & it clearly shows. The residences are made to feel like they are expandable with how everything is ran because the lack of oversight.1. Pet Urine & Poop everywhere2. Homelessness across the street at the park3. Blatant disregard for smoking cigarettes or cannabis4. Poor cleaning services that would make me question the oversight of the place itself5. Elevator going out of service more often than it should6. Lack of communication from the office in regards to necessary community repairs7. No routine maintenance on any amenities, specifically having outdoor grills that simply don’t turn on or work half the time8. Packages being stolen9. The light to leave the community is one of the longest lights I’ve endured in the area10. Residents don’t respect each others belongings or personal items or any shared living spaceThis place used to hold itself to a different standard & you could tell if anyone’s eyes were open or if there was common sense involvedI was also illegally charged from my deposit from my prior unit N102 with things that can’t be charged regardless of verbiage in a lease. California penal code overrides anything implemented that’s knowing illegal like paint & cleaning charges beyond a reasonable degree.I would certainly never come back to this complex or recommend it to anyone with my experiences
