The building and the units were beautiful. My tour guide was great and very professional. My only major concern is the lack of elaboration/transparency regarding the next door semi conductor FAB. It was briefly mentioned on the tour, but after researching, I ultimately felt that this topic was glossed over as it was essentially a footnote in the tour, and there are potential hazardous side effects associated with living next to a semi conductor FAB. To be fair, I could have asked more questions, but I did not know the potential risks at the time.

Perry was fantastic. My smoke detector started going off to let me know the battery was dying at 9pm on a SUNDAY! My poor dog was shaking like a leaf too. Perry came right over and took care of the issue, professionally and with a great attitude considering the time and day of week. Maintenance efficiency and promptness to submitted requests is one of the gems about this place. It truly is what makes this place extraordinary! Michael

The maintenance people here are just amazing. They always get the work done in a prompt, clean, friendly.manner. They always happy to answer any questions and the job is always done extremely well.
