The job was done quickly and thoroughly! I submitted the request and the next day it was done!!

My Friend and I fell in love with this place on first visit. Most importantly. We Really were impressed about Anai. She was very friendly and very professional. She knew exactly what to show us from a quick conversation about our needs. I was impressed with her knowledge of the building and answered ever question with educating knowledge. I don't leave these often but wanted to Thank Anai and One Town Apartments for building such a great community and having great people representing them. Hard to Find these days. We put a deposit down and moving in next month. Looking forward to the golf simulator and the pool.

Country night and white on white party

My favorite one was the LAX VEGAS night and the Pool Pop Up, the Christmas party is always fun, and the SUPER BOWL EVENT and the monthly get together with neighbors when we get to enjoy charcuterie boards and drinks. I enjoy when we do crafts, and play games together, and the catering company is just ok but they always cook with too much onions, so I can't eat anything except maybe ONE menu item.Back in 2020 we had great food but we have seen a dramatic decline in food catering options to eat. I have asked over the past 5 years to please ask them to create some menu that doesn't have onions in everything. I have been frustrated over the last 3 years where I can't eat at the events where food is provided bc the food is always made with onions....every menu item. I was told repeatedly by Hala that she would ask them to try and make some items without onions. but it has not happened yet. I love the nights when we have the charcuterie boardsMy other FAV event was the Cold Plunge and Meditation Day. Great experience and loved bonding with my neighbors over sinking into an ice bath. Would love more of that too.
