I would like to specifically mention that the Maintenance individual named Matt came to my unit to replace a faulty part in my bathroom, And realized that we have been living here for 4.5 years And needed a few other things done like the broken caulking, all around our kitchen, helped us move things so he could redo the whole entire kitchen area that was awful looking, And even gave us a great advice on where to put some of our small kitchen appliances, He also pulled out the stove to help us retrieve a missing item, And I’m just so grateful for the time that he gave to us that made us feel valuable as a resident and was a great listener of my concerns towards our unit. He is a wonderful asset to this property, and I am thrilled that he was assigned to my maintenance request. He is a 5 STAR EMPLOYEE with an awesome attitude. Thank you Matt & Aloha

Spectacular! I love this place. The staff is fast, knowledgeable and eager, while also being patient and welcoming. Especially with new residents that are fumbling around wondering if I had any more questions to ask while I’m here. GREAT SPOT!!
