Juan is the best maintence guy! I put in a request to get our light fixed as it was not turning on in our kitchen. He fixed it within the same day and He even came back a couple days later to check if our light was still working. Since living here for a couple of years now We’ve never had such great maintenance guys. Glad he is now part of the One Uptown community !

The maintenance person was fast and efficient. He took the fan cover out, I cleaned it and he put it back. The fan was working. He replaced a bad part in the toilet and it’s working fine now.
