Ongoing issues with street noise & noise from one neighboring unit --the side that was once the same unit before being divided in half... some of the construction materials used are below standard quality so the noise between these two units travels unnecessarily easily thus disropting both parties... as well as us receiving the smells of their indoor pot smoke.

You stole my money and I kept getting texts about an apartment. When I asked about a studio the texter just said “we don’t have any available.” And you kept my $250. Thieves and liars run this place. Run away and rent elsewhere. Or be stolen from.

Unit was not fully ready. Except the on-site professional maintenance staff, all the other staff disappeared and no communication or minimum communication for about 1 month! Until the 12 hour before the moving date, we were told the preferred moving time was 4 pm. So we had to paid extra truck and workers. And there was no parking spots which we already paid for. Nobody followed up for refunding.The on-site maintenance staff is super professional, however he cannot finish all things by himself. I can’t believe the lack of communication. We even received late payment notice which was untrue. Just not sure what happened to the manager and management team!!!! Super frustrated!!!!!!!

Thayer is always quick always calls let me know he's coming always does his work well and he's polite to talk with when he's working!
