It's the same thing every time with Thayer he's always on top of it he's always on the ball he let you know when he's going to be here how long it's going to take him what he's going to do and while he's here he's just a bald to talk to! He's such a nice person and he he really knows what he's doing he explains what's going on and it's just I'm going to start breaking things so that he can come up more often and hang out with us! Ongoing issues with street noise & noise from one neighboring unit --the side that was once the same unit before being divided in half... some of the construction materials used are below standard quality so the noise between these two units travels unnecessarily easily thus disropting both parties... as well as us receiving the smells of their indoor pot smoke.

You stole my money and I kept getting texts about an apartment. When I asked about a studio the texter just said “we don’t have any available.” And you kept my $250. Thieves and liars run this place. Run away and rent elsewhere. Or be stolen from.
