Unit was not fully ready. Except the on-site professional maintenance staff, all the other staff disappeared and no communication or minimum communication for about 1 month! Until the 12 hour before the moving date, we were told the preferred moving time was 4 pm. So we had to paid extra truck and workers. And there was no parking spots which we already paid for. Nobody followed up for refunding.The on-site maintenance staff is super professional, however he cannot finish all things by himself. I can’t believe the lack of communication. We even received late payment notice which was untrue. Just not sure what happened to the manager and management team!!!! Super frustrated!!!!!!!
