I felt the communication was lacking and the phone number on the website doesn’t work, it felt as though they are extremely understaffed and very limited when it comes resources. I was unable to gain a lot of the resources I needed for moving and the apartment was extremely full of surprises and damages I was not expecting

My rating is high because of two things the staff here and the people are amazing they're there when you call them but they're not there when you don't need them they're not prying they're not snooping they're not giving their opinion on anything we love this place..... the weight room the hot tub the dog walk the place is great and like I said the staff here from management down to maintenance are all polite and great and we literally have nothing but good things to say about this place!

The self guided tour was not to hard to do which made the experience better
