My local leasing agent was great and really helpful! However, I went through the corporate Connect team to set up my Comcast Internet and they completely dropped the ball in terms of when I said I needed my Internet to start. I worked with a rep named Janette Stevens, and she was quite happy to schedule a meeting with me and take my order, but then she did not follow through with Comcast in order to get my equipment shipped in time for my requested start date. So I did not have Internet until 4 days past my requested start date, and the equipment only shipped AFTER I had emailed Janette to ask where it was and when it was shipping. I sent her two emails and she responded to neither of them, though I must have prompted her to at least (FINALLY) put in my shipment order (the day AFTER my Internet was supposed to start). I did not need this hassle in addition to the stress of moving. I also called the corporate Connect phone number in order to complain about the Internet issue, and all I got was voicemail, even though it was early in the day during business hours. And of course, no one from that corporate office bothered to call me back after I left a voicemail. So I am EXTREMELY unimpressed with your corporate team. Fortunately, my local agents Blair and Jackie were on the ball with every step in the process. If they hadn't been so great, I might have looked elsewhere. I hope you can improve the customer service of your corporate team.

Currently, my biggest concern is the amount of dryer lint I've seen in vents outside since that's a major fire hazard. The frequent fire alarm issues compound my concern.Other gripes: Neighbors turn my ceiling light and fan on and off. Resident with an extremely loud motorcycle, multiple parking spaces, and a regularly unleashed dog is very unpleasant. The single elevator has been out of service multiple times this year. When a neighboring unit was being cleaned, we started getting a lot of bugs. Haven't had any in a while now, however.But positives: I like the floor plan and location. I appreciate the art on the wall, which was new when I moved in. Building is generally well-insulated for sound. I generally feel safe at home. I have received all my expected mail (packages aren't getting stolen)

Thayer is the best maintenance worker I have ever met! He's polite he's courteous he's kind and he's knowledgeable! His work demeanor and presence is exceptional! Oh and he also does really really great work!
