I wish you had perks, similar to other banks, for using your bank/checking/Debit card (e.g., reward, cash back, etc.). I'm considering switching to a bank where my money and use are rewarded. Thank you.

The online banking works quickly and reliably, and it's the main way I interact with the bank. But when I need to go in, the tellers recognize me and are also very helpful.

I was asked to hold 3 times before I was assisted at all. When the agent finally got to me, I was informed they could not help me and I would have to call in! Had they taken the time to find out my needs I would not have to wait for them for absolutely nothing!
