I was asked to hold 3 times before I was assisted at all. When the agent finally got to me, I was informed they could not help me and I would have to call in! Had they taken the time to find out my needs I would not have to wait for them for absolutely nothing!

Small town feel…friendliness and familiarity. Professional and always helpful. I appreciate they’ve maintained this atmosphere, when most others are impersonal & unhelpful. Wouldn’t want to bank anywhere else.

Always helpful above and beyond. Especially recently I was in the hospital and overdrew my account but the payments were honored and the overdraft charges were reasonable,YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST BANNKING SERVICES I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!
