Why are ypur 1099-Int forms never available until the end of January? All of my other tax forms areavailable by January 12.

Problematic getting online over the weekend (since I wasn't aware that online account is inactivated if not accessed within 4 months), and had to wait until business hours. But the customer service rep on Monday was phenomenal. Very professional and helpful, and gave me the time I needed. Once online, very easy to re-set my outside account. Now to remember to go online at least once a quarter so this doesn't happen again...
