Tried to deposit check on mobile. App refuses to read the numbers. Its a check from the federal government so its not like it’s some random place they are not aware of. Have to now find a time to take off work to deposit the check in person. Not very convenient.

I rate you an eight because a lot of area in your banking I find great and one area I trying to understand more. However, I did want to share one aspect that I found challenging. When the security or fraud department deactivates an account, it can be difficult to communicate with them directly or receive timely updates regarding the situation. This lack of direct communication can be frustrating and leaves users feeling uncertain about the next steps. this is also when you have to receive a security every time you want login your account.
