I mostly have high-quality experience with this credit union. My most recent call was less than stellar so I’m docking you one for that. I’m docking you one more for removing the widget that allows you to see your checking and savings account balance. This widget was extremely useful and it’s suddenly disappeared from my phone screen. I tried adding it back, but it is no longer available. Please bring it back!

Called to unlock my app account. Rep was very helpful. Then I asked about Zelle and other account transfers. He was able to guide me thru that easily and made sure I was able to set it up. Very knowledgeable and helped me with both issues in one call. Thank you!

I received an email saying that I needed to provided information. When I went to the website, I got a warning saying that I had already provided this information and that it was being reviewed. This was a waste of time.
