I received an email saying that I needed to provided information. When I went to the website, I got a warning saying that I had already provided this information and that it was being reviewed. This was a waste of time.

Customer service failed to help me resolve a problem receiving a Zelle deposit, resulting in using my Apple Cash application to receive funds.

Interaction on the phone was fine but the technical issues I continued to have have not been resolved still unable to login when I'm on the phone with the technician I can reset my password. Log is fine but a few hours later or the next day after doing all that I'm again locked out of system does not recognize my password or my username and just a continual problem.
