I rate you an eight because a lot of area in your banking I find great and one area I trying to understand more. However, I did want to share one aspect that I found challenging. When the security or fraud department deactivates an account, it can be difficult to communicate with them directly or receive timely updates regarding the situation. This lack of direct communication can be frustrating and leaves users feeling uncertain about the next steps. this is also when you have to receive a security every time you want login your account.

Very patience and knowledgeable in helping me out with my problem. Was able to get the problem solved. He showed me some new things about my account and getting a better understanding of my account. Thank you guys for hiring people that are professional and that care about their customers.

The location of the Clovis Branch. There is never any parking in front of the Branch. Often this parking lot is so full that you must park in Madera and walk. Tenants like PSCU have a cause for action against the the shopping center owner and the City of Clovis. They cut all of the retail spaces in half and doubled the auto traffic. They made no provision for the traffic parking issue that resulted.
