Could not conduct mobile deposit. This is a third in the past 12 months where online bancking would not accepte a cahsier's check and I had to come to a branch for deposit. The system indicates that I have enetered the wrong amount, or that there is a discepency between the Cashier's check amount and the amount I indicate when conducting mobile deposit. Out of 12 deposits, 9 instances have been successful. Instead of frustrating the member, the system could indicate there is a discrepency, and if the customer accepts, the check could be deposited, but the amount needs to be verified by a person during next business day. This option should only be offered only when the system cannot read the check. In this case, if the customer Oopts, they can proceed. When check vakue is confirmed with the image, a confirmation email sent to the customer.
