It usually takes multiple interactions to get anything done. I’ve ordered my check since I’ve opened the account and I’ve called numerous time to see when I would get my checks and I still have not received it.

I mostly have high-quality experience with this credit union. My most recent call was less than stellar so I’m docking you one for that. I’m docking you one more for removing the widget that allows you to see your checking and savings account balance. This widget was extremely useful and it’s suddenly disappeared from my phone screen. I tried adding it back, but it is no longer available. Please bring it back!
