Everyone is friendly and helpful. If I need anything the person helping me is eager to help me. I feel that my money is safe and secure. I always feel like I'm important. I have always felt like I am an important person and that what I have to say is important.

Banking with the Credit Union is much easier than with any other financial institution. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 rating is because there are so few branches. Although we can withdraw or deposit money at many banks (not to mention the ease in using the website), there are times when personal interaction between teller and client are necessary.
