My account was breached on a Saturday. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to shut my accounts down and almost lost my money. After 20+ phone calls to the third party that manages card access on the weekends I gave up. Went into the branch on Monday and they transferred all my accounts to new ones and printed new cards. None of the new cards worked and I was told sometimes that happens when they make them at the branch. I called customer service representatives several times throughout the past week they told me they were working on something with the back end of the cards and they would call me back. I never received calls back. Finally they notified me that they would be sending me new cards and then it may take another 3 to 4 days. At this point, I haven’t had access to my money for well over a week.
