The service that I get from Pacific service credit Union no matter what I need or when I need it They help unfortunately they don't do small business accounts but I found another small community that does for that! Give me a small and simple Pacific service credit Union has always done a great job with customer service and satisfaction in my book

Pacific Service is a good credit union. The online banking has become sub-par as it is no longer as user friendly. I now have difficulty with simple transfers, and the amounts don't update as quickly. Other than that, I would recommend this credit union to family and friends.

Every staff member I’ve interacted with either chat or on the phone has been helpful. I never have issues with the app. Although there isn’t a local branch nearby for me, it still feels convenient and accessible
