I called to inquire about the CC balance transfer. The explanation given by the CS Rep was awkward and confusing. The CC balance transfer benefit is not a traditional bal transfer benefit as those offered by Citi bank. The PS CU website is not user friendly. It is not easy to navigate. The CC payment process is awkward.

The service that I get from Pacific service credit Union no matter what I need or when I need it They help unfortunately they don't do small business accounts but I found another small community that does for that!
