I called to inquire about the CC balance transfer. The explanation given by the CS Rep was awkward and confusing. The CC balance transfer benefit is not a traditional bal transfer benefit as those offered by Citi bank. The PS CU website is not user friendly. It is not easy to navigate. The CC payment process is awkward.

I have been a 35 year plus customer in my family has been a longer customer. The service that I get from Pacific service credit Union no matter what I need or when I need it They help unfortunately they don't do small business accounts but I found another small community that does for that! Give me a small and simple Pacific service credit Union has always done a great job with customer service and satisfaction in my book
