My account always protected.As soon as when I deposited the money ,funds were available to use .There is no cap on Visa card .When I’m short on checking I can transfer funds to checking .Most of the bank allows you to transfer only available money.

I regularly cannot connect to the online banking site. There appears to be a connection issue to something called a "TLS handshake", that often causes the connection to time out. It can take 5 - 10 attempts and several minutes, just to get to the login page. It is a problem unique to PSCU's site.If I have to call in, I consistently get good service and do not mind working with phone agents. However, I have to assume that I cannot rely on the website to do anything time sensitive.

There is a tiny mistake here....This is my grandmothers email. She's the one with the main account (Candace Heinrich) that has her grandkids accounts. I have a savings account (Olivia Dauber) that she is connected with ...she sends money to my savings account. My older sister (Lali Dauber) has converted her savings account to a personal checking account with you. Now that I'm older I may do the same. Thank you.

I have always been notified promptly of any suspicious activity and been instructed as to what to do. I feel confident in the bank and it's staff to serve me with respect and care.
