I wanted to close my CD and transfer to my savings. I saw it auto-renewed. I called and the agent clarified that I am still able to transfer my savings and the agent helped me do it. The agent was quick and courteous.

I think the ability to speak with a knowledgeable customer service rep quickly is a big part of my rating
