Kayla was phenomenal to work with. She answered questions and took time to show us around and generally made us feel important. There was no rush to our tour, even though I’m sure she was busy.

Liked the community and our guide did a great job. Answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable. Revisited an apartment because we wanted another look. Didn't rush us even though there were people waiting in the office.

The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors’ conversations, music, tv and even them walking. They halls smell really bad like animal poop. There are also water and utility bill increases that can not be explained.

not sure why but some residents are not taking care of building, some grills are not working anymore, people smoke on stairs and dont clean, carpet gets dirty so fast, elevator smell so bad some days because of dogs.

The facility is not clean, the smell of marijuana is pungent, roaches, stains on carpets in hallways, trash rooms are unkept, noisy upstairs neighbors. Not happy with living experience considering the cost of rent. Very disappointed

I think that the garage needs to be power washed and the hallways need to have an air freshener of some sort because it’s always smelling weird.Other than that, I have no other complaints

Not for management, your team is great and maintenance and cleaning staff made this place a community. Terrible neighbors made it hellish
