Kayla was so very nice. She got me in early even though I had an appointment at 4. She gave me the tour all the while being 7 months pregnant. She explained things clearly and was so nice and welcoming!

Kayla was phenomenal to work with. She answered questions and took time to show us around and generally made us feel important. There was no rush to our tour, even though I’m sure she was busy.

Liked the community and our guide did a great job. Answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable. Revisited an apartment because we wanted another look. Didn't rush us even though there were people waiting in the office.

The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors’ conversations, music, tv and even them walking. They halls smell really bad like animal poop. There are also water and utility bill increases that can not be explained.

Overall, it's been okay. The trash room smells horrible when I walk by everyday.
