The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors’ conversations, music, tv and even them walking. They halls smell really bad like animal poop. There are also water and utility bill increases that can not be explained.

Overall, it's been okay. The trash room smells horrible when I walk by everyday.

not sure why but some residents are not taking care of building, some grills are not working anymore, people smoke on stairs and dont clean, carpet gets dirty so fast, elevator smell so bad some days because of dogs.

The facility is not clean, the smell of marijuana is pungent, roaches, stains on carpets in hallways, trash rooms are unkept, noisy upstairs neighbors. Not happy with living experience considering the cost of rent. Very disappointed

I think that the garage needs to be power washed and the hallways need to have an air freshener of some sort because it’s always smelling weird.Other than that, I have no other complaints

Not for management, your team is great and maintenance and cleaning staff made this place a community. Terrible neighbors made it hellish

My upstairs neighbors were ALWAYS stomping and walked very heavily. There were kids in the courtyard yelling without parents present. Things like that.

At first, it was a bit confusing because I had problems with my first rent payment; it showed a balance due, and then they didn't even know why. It was quite complicated to resolve that issue, and I even received an eviction notice, even though it wasn't my fault. Then there's the issue of the trash, which is more about the type of people who live here and their lack of consideration. They leave trash everywhere—in the parking lot, in the hallways, etc. And, of course, in the summer, there's the issue of the pool hours, which many of the tenants don't respect. I think these are the reasons I've experienced some discomfort, but otherwise, it's a nice, safe place. They should be a little more strict about the trash and with the people who don't follow the rules, perhaps by issuing fines, so that the place doesn't deteriorate.

The manager of the leasing office had a very bad attitude. I was a new tenant. Since my family helped me rent the apartment, I thought they had set up the automatic payment for the monthly rent for me, so I didn't pay attention to it. As a result, the first month's rent was not paid on time because my family forgot to set up the automatic payment. The leasing office didn't give me any reminder or notice. That manager just opened the door to my home without permission and posted a notice about the overdue rent. I was shocked when I saw the notice when I got home from work that day. I sent an email to explain the reason that night and delivered a cash check for the rent to the office at noon the next day. I explained the reason again to that manager and told her that I had set up the automatic payment and asked for leniency to waive the fine. But that manager had a very bad attitude, wouldn't listen to my explanation and refused to be lenient, which brought us a very unpleasant experience of moving in!
