My experience was overall great I live there for 3 years

Didn’t really love living in my unit due to noise from neighbors, roaches (here & then), and constant appearance millipedes. I put in pest controls a couple time but to be honest, I am not sure if they ever visited. The apartment was reek with cigarette smoke smell due to previous tenant and inadequate cleaning.

Did not receive move-out assistance for the next apartment or one month free rent after everything we had been through with the roach infestation, the treatment received by the leasing agent the day we were originally supposed to start our lease, and the original apartment not being ready. If we had had movers paid by the complex and our first month of rent waived, the ratings would be much higher.

I received no communication regarding the move-out process. I had to go to front desk and ask questions, but even then I didn’t get much feedback or instruction.

No notice or instructions for returning unit keys. I left an email and voicemail asking for assistance; never received a response.

Communication was very poor through out the whole move out process. One of the worst experiences I’ve had living in an apartment complex. Customer service was terrible. We were completely avoided and ignored when we had issues arise that we needed to be resolved. We paid for multiple amenities that we couldn’t get access to for almost the entirety of the lease even after multiple requests for help from the leasing office. Trash service was a waste of money along with pest control. There was also a lack of concern about their resident safety when it comes to the complex and surrounding areas. The place reeked of weed and the police were at the complex for some type of safety complaint almost every week.

There were a few things to improve, specifically on maintaining clean the common areas, repair doors, elevators and the garage gates.

Because I love it there. People are so nice there. They always trying to help you in any way

I just recently move out but my experience of living here was great , all the office members Jasmine, Jennifer S and Sandra temple were always helpful the amenities were great pool garage and elevator very convenient I would be very happy recommend Opal legacy to be your next place to live 🙂
