When we first moved in the place was great. The quality and care has drastically declined. We aren’t dirty people but we keep randomly getting a roach in our unit. We now have ants in our daughter room and our closet. The halls are dirty and smell like trash.

Roaches in the hallways and stairwells, noisy neighbors above apartment - had to call on site police, hallways a dirty, trash room has roaches. High rent costs for what the standard of living is. Would not recommend to anyone

Even though the manager appeared to be by herself at the time, she was more than willing to help me. She was very kind and took the time to show me a couple of units, which I truly appreciated. It was definitely a different experience compared to the sister property next door. Her effort meant a lot to me.My husband will hopefully be coming by on Saturday to tour the two-bedroom units. We are looking for a short-term lease, approximately eight months, as we plan to move in and then relocate later.

The amenities and staff are excellent. My only issue with living here were my neighbors. I unfortunately had two bad neighbors who made my daily living experience suffer.

Individuals tend to go out past midnight in the courtyards and play loud music, grill food and yell. The noise echoes off of the walls and is very loud in my apartment. Not sure if there are signs or anyway to keep people from being rowdy all through the night especially with the noise ordinances.
