my tour guide was nice however the hallways and the room smelt very bad and it was hard to find interest in the apartment complex.i've seen multiple reviews saying the hallway stunk so that's how I knew It was probably not going to be resolved by the time I would want to move in

Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait to show the apartment

Did not receive move-out assistance for the next apartment or one month free rent after everything we had been through with the roach infestation, the treatment received by the leasing agent the day we were originally supposed to start our lease, and the original apartment not being ready. If we had had movers paid by the complex and our first month of rent waived, the ratings would be much higher.

I received no communication regarding the move-out process. I had to go to front desk and ask questions, but even then I didn’t get much feedback or instruction.

Worst maintenance with Air conditioning and Heater. They took more than a week to replace parts but not yet received.

This run like a motel six they’re always seems to be new staff for people being recycled. Nothing is ever fixed completely. Everything seems to be like duct taped style for the amount of money you pray for I don’t see the pleasure. This is the worst place.
