Honestly the person that gave us a tour if only i remembered her name was so nicee & helpful . She was very patient. She answered all of my questions. The apartment is very clean & nice. Anyone that would tour here wouldnt want to tour anywhere else after. I Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I have enjoyed living here and have even extended my lease. The only issues I have experienced are having neighbors that are loud in the middle of the night in the outdoor areas, their yells echo off of the walls and it sounds like they are in my apartment. Besides the yelling, I noticed the complex has had some pest issues but I appreciate the proactive spraying. I also appreciated the halls being deep cleaned as they were very messy.

Didn’t really love living in my unit due to noise from neighbors, roaches (here & then), and constant appearance millipedes. I put in pest controls a couple time but to be honest, I am not sure if they ever visited. The apartment was reek with cigarette smoke smell due to previous tenant and inadequate cleaning.

Keke was soooo informative and helpful and knowledgeable about everything. She was so bubbly and easy to talk to, loved that she gave us our tour!

my tour guide was nice however the hallways and the room smelt very bad and it was hard to find interest in the apartment complex.i've seen multiple reviews saying the hallway stunk so that's how I knew It was probably not going to be resolved by the time I would want to move in

Did not receive move-out assistance for the next apartment or one month free rent after everything we had been through with the roach infestation, the treatment received by the leasing agent the day we were originally supposed to start our lease, and the original apartment not being ready. If we had had movers paid by the complex and our first month of rent waived, the ratings would be much higher.
