scheduled my tour online. show up only to find out they had no tour for me and lady was on lunch so she was unwilling to help. Poor service

Edgar (maintenance) is amazing, he answers all requests timely and is very respectful. The apartment complex itself is also beautiful. The staff has high turnover, property management is rude and leasing office staff always says they will ‘follow up’ but almost never follows up with requests.

The attention is super nice Miss María helped me and guided me in everything. Super patient nice and obvious the place is super beautiful

I’ve lived here since the complex opened and when it first opened it was very nice which is why I wanted to live here. As time went on the complex went down hill, the people that live here do not care about the complex. The office and maintenance crew have always been great and do everything they can to clean the place but some residence just do not respect others. The carpet in the hallways can never stay clean. People leave their trash out side of the bin so it makes it worse. The trash room is terrible always leaves the halls smelling bad. Roaches are pretty bad. Always having to have them spray. The roaches hangout at the pool. I’ve claimed so many times about the people that live above me and how noisy they are but nothing gets done. It’s so annoying! I can’t take it anymore! No complaints about the staff or maintenance they’ve been great. Just the people that live here. They also always break the doors at the parking garage that’s never been locked since I’ve lived here. Someone stays breaking it.

Very informative tour and professional staff. Parking around leasing office was minimal but worked. I didn’t get good signal inside the lounge.

We just wanted to see the available apartments to see what condition it was in. That would be more transparent experience.

My indoor cats that have never had fleas in their lives somehow magically got fleas here I told the apartments of the infestation and they only sent the exterminator once to do a light spray around the indoor perimeter of my studio apartment. Other than that everything else is mids over priced for what you get. The best part was probably the covered parking for when the random hail comes thru

No notice or instructions for returning unit keys. I left an email and voicemail asking for assistance; never received a response.

Policy isn't followed as people don't scoop there dogs poop up at the play area. WEED SMELL in the basement garage and in the apartment complex still hasn't been fixed. Package was stolen and never found.
