Excellent customer service and service team!

Everything’s broken, trashy and residents aren’t friendly.

Ramune gave my parents and I a tour and was very knowledgeable about the amenities and the apartment I was looking at. The complex is very nice and I love the layout and color scheme of the apartments. Ideal location, close to the highway and Watters Creek. I applied right after my tour and am eagerly waiting!

Olivia was so nice throughout the whole tour and made the experience so cool in her way.

I loved the apartment complex, the workers, and the positive environment. I hope to get approved to lease there soon!

Communication was very poor through out the whole move out process. One of the worst experiences I’ve had living in an apartment complex. Customer service was terrible. We were completely avoided and ignored when we had issues arise that we needed to be resolved. We paid for multiple amenities that we couldn’t get access to for almost the entirety of the lease even after multiple requests for help from the leasing office. Trash service was a waste of money along with pest control. There was also a lack of concern about their resident safety when it comes to the complex and surrounding areas. The place reeked of weed and the police were at the complex for some type of safety complaint almost every week.
