Dr. Gardiner was nice and had an excellent bedside manner. Also, the administrative team members were professional and courteous.Appreciation is extended to everyone at the practice for how they interact socially with patients. That being said, I have some concerns about how my daughter was treated after surgery.1) She was drowsy and tearful after the procedure and was not given enough time to recover before being escorted outside.2) My daughter had an unsteady gait and shouldn't have been walking to the car with tears streaming down her face. At worst, she should have been wheeled out in a wheelchair. Her being guided out on foot by a nurse was SO dangerous!3) The doctor did not come talk to me about my daughter's surgery after he finished. She is a minor and was incapacitated. She couldn't tell me what happened.4) The nurse was talking to us in the parking lot about my daughter and told us to wait there for the doctor to come out and talk to us about post-op care. Meanwhile, he was on the phone and did not come out for at least 5 minutes while my daughter was in the car crying and a bit incoherent after the surgery. Talking about her condition in the parking lot violates all kinds of HIPAA protocols.5) The post operative information should have been shared PRIOR to the day of surgery so that our family could adequately prepare with appropriate meals, beverages and other possible needs to support the patient. I received multiple texts to encourage us to prepay before the day of surgery. Please consider adding post-op preparation tips to those texts also.6) When my daughter was a few days out after the surgery, she showed me a long laceration on the inside of her cheek that was there after she woke up from surgery.7) Also, there was another patient present in the office, immediately prior to my daughter's surgery, who was crying and emotional after their surgery. It could be triggering and anxiety inducing to other patients and their loved ones to hear/witness other patients managing surgical aftermath. Please consider spacing appointments differently to avoid this occurrence.

Dr. Garner is great. His staff are wonderfull too. They make sure you know what's going on and make sure you are comfortable.

Everything was a great experience. The Doctor was ; competent, friendly, and efficient. The staff was friendly, and confident as well

Even though I was not sure of what to expect, Dr.Pathak & his medical staff support explained each step of the procedure to me. From the numbing cream, novacaine injections, reason for drawing blood while waiting for the novacaine to kick in and telling me what to expect during the 2 extractions. And to my surprise the stitching of the gum of each space. Absolutely No feeling or pain. I had no pain, just a little soreness on my outer jaw line. The full staff and the atmosphere in the office was perfect…Thanks To Everyone
