Procedure chair was uncomfortable and had approximately 1 hour in uncomfortable chair/small room waiting to start procedure. Maybe call and let patients know to come in later when running behind. I respect your time please respect mine.Procedure went well once started and work was well done.just try to remember that you are working on people not just appointments or numbers. Make eye contact and talk directly to people like it’s the first time they are hearing what you say a thousand times a day!

Everyone was kind, efficient and professional. This was not my first implant, but it was the best experience I’ve had with one. Scheduling was easy, and during the procedure, each person told me what they were doing and what to expect. Highly recommend!
