I was slightly put off by a telemed consultation instead of in person. However, my concerns about that were unfounded. Additionally, I was not going to be able to get an extraction appointment until January 5 and was put on a waiting list for a cancellation. I wasn't really expecting to be called, but I was! I was able to get the broken infected tooth removed much earlier than anticipated. My experience the day of the extraction was much better than expected. I was asked many times if I was comfortable. The staff and Dr Johnson were genuinely concerned about my well being. Thank you for getting me in quickly!

Only reason I rated 9/10 for front desk was because of initial contact with office. Person on phone I regarded as being rude and short with me while I asked questions about practice. I’m very pleased with the office staff and their professionalism since and glad I choose this practice despite my first impression.

It was excellent experience starting with the front desk all the way through , getting ready for procedure during procedure and after the procedure. Everyone was very kind and professional. Which I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s not that comfortable going to the dentist. It was a very good experience thank you to all the staff!!

I could have used a little more after care coaching. They put gauze in my mouth and sent me on my way. I wasn't sure what they had put in my mouth. It felt like a rubber ball but it was the gauze. Overall I was pleased with the efficiency of the team.
