Staff made me feel at home and turned up the good stuff when I needed it😂. It's never fun getting teeth yanked out of your skull but the staff here made the process as simple and painless as possible with quick efficiency. Might I add Thank you for that blocker cushion so I didn't have to hold my chin open the whole time which allowed me to get some good sleep during the process.Thank you for being pleasant. Great Crew!

Honestly my experience at the office was great. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and they run an organized operation. I really liked Dr. Meram. He made me feel at ease with every visit and explained what he was doing. I hope I don’t need any more implants, but if I do, I will definitely come back there and will recommend Dr. Meram and the Waterford practice!

I do not appreciate getting a text at 10:20 at night just as I’m drifting off to sleep. This is RIDICULOUS. Take my number out of your system
