I rated question 2 a 7 because the 3rd novacaine injection almost caused me to pass out ! A fiery burning pain from tooth #4 to my right eye on par with a hornet sting was totally unexpected ! That injection was necessary in order to fully deaden the feeling in that tooth prior to removal. Other than that Dr Anderson & staff are great 😃👍👍!

I was looking for a practice that is in the Delta Dental network, was referred to you. I was very surprised by an appointment the day after my first call! Thought there would be an initial consultation, then the work to follow in a few weeks. All in one visit! Check in was easy, the technicians were friendly, had nice conversations. Met Dr. Anderson, we took care of business, and had a friendly chat, about fishing and bourbon after. A good visit, if one would call two extractions "good"! LOL!

As a patient, I came in with several questions about the procedure and recovery, which I felt were valid and important for my peace of mind. Instead of answering, the staff member appeared visibly annoyed, cut me off, and told me she would “cover aftercare after the procedure.”I understand there are standard procedures and that explanations may be given at specific times, but a patient facing surgery is already under stress, and dismissing questions rather than addressing them respectfully leaves a negative impression. I feel I’m an informed patient. I do the homework and have questions. I think patience will go a long way, especially in when a patient is having oral surgery. It’s stressful.

The staff is friendly and attentive.The wait time was excessive, too long - over 50 minutes from arrival time.The oral surgeon was exceptional.

The ONLY issue I had was: while waiting to be taken back for my tooth removal, someone "slinked" in and told she needed $166.00 from me.Really? I pre-registered with my insurance nfo. and you wait until I am heading into surgery to demand money for me?
