Great experience as always

Amazing office. Already referred family here. Told them its way worth the drive from Framingham/Natick.Only suggestion would be to ask patients if they want the privacy curtain closed while sitting in recovery chairs that face each other. One curtain for each side would solve any privacy problems for either patient.Dr. Saxe was so kind and patient.And Nisa is a very sweet young woman and an amazing catch for any office. She actually cares about people and seems happy with her job.Every staff member was incredible. This office functions so well as a whole. It's rare to find that these days. I will be returning to this office if I ever need to. Thank you all.

The doctor followed up with me the very next day to see how I was recovering. They could have had just about anyone follow up, but she personally called. I appreciated that immensely.

The office staff and surgical team that cared for me were incredible. The communication through the entire process was amazing. It was quick and painless. Phenomenal place to go!

No constructive criticism here, but I'd like to detail my experience nonetheless, mostly to showcase why I have such high praises for your company/staff. Last year my dentist [Recupero/Bain out of Park Dental in Stoughton] referred me due to the onset of acute pain/toothache. I had such a positive experience at that time, so when I began having moderate pain & new sensitivity to cold, I did not delay & called ASAP. Last time I had waited a bit longer to be seen even by my dentist of nearly 40yrs due to my anxiety & stress over the situation. For this one, feel I had a faster/easier time healing post-op since we caught the root issue early. This entire process was ideal - my consultation was quick to be scheduled via the front desk staff, diagnostics were utilized via in office x-rays for a clear view of the problem tooth & to rule out any other issues. We discussed her findings and decided on the same procedure as before: wisdom tooth extraction under twilight sedation. From start to finish - I felt the exact opposite of stressed & was not even anxious because Dr. Karina is someone I now know, with one of the bedside manners I've seen & a warm approach, whom I respect while also having full trust in both her knowledge & ability/skillset. My wisdom #16 was extracted in what felt like record time, zero complications & I felt pain relief almost immediately...not just from the anesthesia/novacaine either. I had wicked minimal swelling & pain post-operatively...absolutely recommend your practice to anyone & everyone in need of those services! Thank you so very much again, I especially appreciate their willingness of being truly essential workers for me that Monday [MLK day] post-snowstorm so I did not have to reschedule & wait in pain any longer!
