The consultation with the doctor was clear and the extraction plan was explained in detail with all questions being answered. First contact with reception staff was confusing, however, because one price ($148.00) was quoted over the phone for the consultation, and upon arrival for the consultation appointment, the receptionist ask for an additional fee ($150.00) for X-rays. This misunderstanding was quickly resolved and patient was charged the original price quoted for the consultation.The extraction procedure for Tooth # 2 was organized, efficient, professional, and cordial. In mid-procedure, the doctor determined that removal of Tooth # 1 was necessary to establish access to Tooth # 2. This procedural change was well explained to the patient so that the patient could give informed permission to facilitate the extraction of Tooth # 1. This was a very professional adaptation to an unanticipated surgical obstacle.The surgery was completed in approximately 1 hour, and patient was given comprehensive instructions on pain management and bleeding management prior to being released.

There was just alot of information to digest for me. Possibly a little more time spent on explaining pricing procedures.
