I never had so much pain in my life. Wouldn’t give me any gas to help just injections of pain killers with a needle. then nickel me and dye me with money that I owed him. I would never recommend this group to anyone.

Overall experience was great. The only one tiny improvement I would like to see is the waiting area. It seemed to be somewhat dark and cold feeling but the staff and Dr Dingswerth was wonderful.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I would recommend OSANT for all your dental surgery needs.

Best dental visit I ever had

My experience from the moment we walked in until the time we left was a 10

I appreciate all the instructions I received for after-surgery care, except that they didn't tell me how long I need to do some of the things, like rinsing my mouth with salt water. I could call to ask that questions and others, but haven't taken the time. I think the instructions could be improved with that information.

Very nice and took care of my tooth the same day

When we scheduled the appointment we asked if you took BCBS Federal, and MET Life federal and were told yes. But when we showed up for the appointment we were told that in fact you didnt take BCBS Federal. We continued with the procedure all out of pocket because I really liked my Dr, his approach to my situation and a very quick reschedule for the procedure. We hoped our insurance would pay something. You were almost double the other quote I had gotten in Greenville. But because of the Dr, I stayed.

I am recovering well.

I have severe PTSD and everyone, and I do mean everyone, in the office made things as comfortable as possible. Kudos!!
