I appreciate so much how professional you are. Your communication is great with the patient regarding what to expect for upcoming procedures, appointments, billing, and meds called in to the pharmacy. Dr. Wiedeman was excellent about explaining my current tooth situation and the options available to me for fixing my tooth. He was so great about answering all of my questions in a way that made great sense. I'm also grateful for the follow up call by the doctor so I could ask any post op questions. You also do such a great job with providing details of your procedure, insurance benefits and costs, Rx, and easy way to get in touch if needed. You really all are awesome and running an awesome practice. Thank you.

The only negative I have is your billing system. There was feedback from my insurance st the first visit and was given a quote. I know this is not always accurate so wasn’t too surprised when I got a bill for $61.00 either by text or email. I called the day before surgery and paid the 61.00 and the cost of surgery. I was given a bill day of surgery for entire amount, called the next day and told no they had my record of payment. Then received a bill for $61.00 in the mail.Other than this billing issue, it was great and my recovery has been great, and that is most important. Thank you for your great care.

My experience was great! Dr. Weideman is amazing for the bone graft surgery, I'm glad I found here.

Not one thing to complain about - my buys got wisdom teeth removed together and meds easy to get/instructions clear. They are doing well!

There was a little too much hard sell on the IV sedation without taking into account the complexity of the procedure. My tooth extraction took less than 5 minutes, the cost of the sedation would not be worth it.

Everyone was amazing from check in to recovery. Thank you so much for taking care of my daughter, she received top notch care and is having a great recovery.
