Both the surgeon and the support staff rattled off the information at us as fast as they could. No non-medical expert would ever remember all of it. Also was interrupted when trying to convey questions. Made us feel like a number. My kid was NOT shown how to properly clean out the holes in the back of their mouth. Had to make a return visit to get help with that. It caused lingering mouth pain. On the positive side everything healed and no long term side effects as one would expect from such a procedure.

I was going to go to Disneyland but I decided to get surgery instead. I’d definitely recommend coming here for a welcoming and magical experience, fun for the family and kids too.

Excellent care from all staff. I had zero issues from scheduling to arrival to the surgery. As positive of an experience as can be expected with oral surgery involved.

They were very patient with my daughter given she had a lot of anxiety They were very patient and understanding once we could get her calm down. They were very kind.

The only suggestion I have is for when verbal instructions are being given to the patient and/or family if they could be given a little slower. I'm sure the doctors and staff say the same thing over and over all day like clock work but when your hearing it for the first time and it's at auctioneer speed, its a little overwhelming. Otherwise both surgeries experiences here for our family have been amazing!

I’m 10 days post wisdom tooth extraction and still numb in my lower teeth, left jaw/lip. This would have been acceptable if I felt I had been properly briefed about this risk or the trajectory of what I hope is a temporary handicap. Public speaking is a significant responsibility within my professional role and the paralysis is really affecting how I present in a professional context now and made me extremely self conscious. Again, I’m older so I concede it may be typical but I truly felt more could have been said about this being a probable outcome being that it’s having such an obvious and perceptible effect in my professional role.
