Today was a pleasant experience. As I do not like injections a lot of care and patience was taken to minimise the pain by using a gel to numb the injection pain. At every point the procedure was explained and checking I was ok. After the filling I was clearly told what I should do while there was numbness. I also appreciated watching a television programme with subtitles, it helped to relax me.

Wonderful service as time is taken to reduce the nerves!!Phil explains the treatment beforehand and during. I would recommend Phil to anyone. Especially if you have a fear of dentists!!
