Yvonne put me at ease from the moment she was walking me back for the procedure. Dr Alicea was quick and efficient. Everyone was super friendly. The video instructions post surgery made things so easy to recover properly.

I don’t have any feedback but I do want to say that Ivon is an absolute gem. Hold on to her. She was so amazing with my young son every step of the way.

Carlos was very good at making me feel comfortable and aware of the procedures coming up.

The doctor did not speak to me or my husband after my surgery. I have no idea what he did how did the lesion look, what he had to remove. I would have liked more information before being released.

Excellent experience

Nothing but prompt, friendly, informative, professional care. Oral surgery isn't one of my favorite activities, but if I ever have to do it again I will absolutely return to Orofacial. Side note, my autistic son had 2 wisdom teeth removed a couple years ago and his experience was positive with the staff taking extra care to ensure that.

I had issue trying to reschedule my appointments. I had to wait over three weeks for treatment and I couldn't schedule an afternoon appointment. I try to call the office again and the manager in charge came up with the same subject.
