Our daughter was very apprehensive about getting her teeth pulled. The dental tech was so good with her & got her calmed down so the procedure could happen.

scheduling was easy and I was able to be seen quickly. Dr. Shaikh was very thorough when explaining the procedure I was going to have done. The nurses were friendly and described what they were doing along the way prior to my procedure.

Excellent experience. I had two teeth extracted and felt absolutely no pain. Dr. Shaikh was calm, professional, and explained everything clearly—especially the painless injection (important since I’m afraid of needles). The staff was outstanding and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from the beginning too the end

My daughter said she was ignored when she told them she could feel what they were doing during the procedure so she was super upset. Then I was only given a bag with instructions on what to do after any surgery and not told anything about the procedure that was done. And I even had to call to get a school note. We are both very disappointed with this experience we had here. Definitely will go back to her old surgeon if we have to have anymore surgeries even tho they are not in our network.
