When I rescheduled, my date was not entered into the system even though I emailed with who I thought was an actually person. I was told it was a computer glitch and while a nice employee got me rescheduled, I would have preferred the earlier appointment I had previously made. They really thought of everything to make my Service experience amazing! My car was like new! They provide coffee and bottled water. The facility is on-point and spotless! The waiting area is a well-appointed, open space with several types of seating to accommodate you while you wait.
