The vehicle was not washed when it was returned to me, but after I presented a coupon that stated that the it would be vacuum and washed. It was taken care of.At the end it was a job well done. I didn't receive the complementary car wash.Sitting area for wait was nice. They kept to estimated time to complete work Reception was nice. With constant update of work being done.

Marvin and John were a pleasure to deal with. Both were extremely professional, while keeping the buying process upbeat and pleasant. I knew what I wanted and was given the information I needed to make an informed decision. I appreciated the way I was treated during the entire purchase process. I spent a lot of time researching a new car and after an exhausting search settled on the 2025 Outlander. No turbo, no engine shut off, Yamaha audio and still knobs and buttons to use with the touchscreen.
