I just didn’t like how my time was treated and I wasn’t spoken to nicely when I asked about it.I wasn’t told how long it would take and it made me late for work.I didn’t want one though because I didn’t know it was included and that’s what made me late.

Once, the service office picked up my car from my home and returned it. They said that was a one time offer because I live 3 miles outside of their pick up range. Because they don’t offer loaner cars, it’s difficult for me to get service or repairs.Please offer rental cars or loaner cars. I need to be able to drop my car and pick it up later. I can’t spend the day in the service center.
