I use the online services book the appointment because no one answers the phone in the service departmentAnswer the phone.The service department was closed when I picked up my car. I paid over the phone. There was no one on site to help me. Once I got to the dealership I found my paperwork laying on the counter and found my car in the parking lot.They couldn't find my appointment in their system, even though I had a call the day before to confirm it.

The Interior was clean, The external was clean because the car is new, but very lazy job no imperfections. [ a wipe down] That's is always with their service department. The defects I have is the beeps while driving the vehicle for no reason. I wouldn't say there wasn't a thorough explanation of features. Timely manner the car was at the dealership.I have been dealing with this Dealership for about five years now. Their staff is unorganized, its like they don't convert with one another. The owner have to do your own work continue to explain issues over and over again.My experience with the paperwork and process was not explained to me on a truthful level. It was a complete rush to engage with a sale for the vehicle.
