Had an appointment at 10am didn't leave until 1:15pm they didn't clean my car but offered me to come back next week thats a definite no due to how long I waitedAlways have great customer service

I did not need to use certain amenities or seating areasCar dirty and trunk lock broken. Lock was repaired immediately by Lee and promise to get car cleaned when weather permitsMy trunk lock was damaged during repairs. Thankfully Lee addressed it immediately. Also my car was filthy. While it was cold outside they didn’t wash it but Mr. Lee did extend the invite for me to bring it back when the weather would permit

The water is cold in the ladies bathroom for hand washing!! The seating needs to be replace.Need to improve the waiting room!!Customer service was excellent.
